What is the Sports Premium?

The PE and sport premium is designed to help primary schools improve the quality of the PE and sport activities they offer their pupils. The funding is being jointly provided by the Departments for Education, Health and Culture, Media and Sport, and will see money going directly to primary schools to spend on improving the quality of sport and PE for all their children. Each school will receive £16000 plus an extra £5 per pupil each year for the next two years. The money can only be spent on sport and PE provision in schools.

Monitoring and Evaluation

This report will be updated in annually to identify the success of the implemented initiatives and the impact that they have had.
